Doug has been a full-time Realtor® since 1988. He has received numerous awards for top sales both in Honolulu and here in Fort Myers. He consistently ranks in the top 20% of Realtors® in Lee County. Prior to a career in real estate, Doug had owned and operated many different businesses in Nashville, Tennessee. His entrepreneurial spirit and knowledge of good business management was a good base for entry into real estate.
 
Genice has been a full-time Realtor® since January 2000. Prior to that, she had a career of 23 years in the mortgage banking industry. Genice has managed a top lending branch in Fort Myers for the past five years, always garnering top honors for production and quality.

PERSONAL
Doug and Genice both grew up in Nashville, Tennessee and lived there until the late 1980’s when they decided they wanted a complete change in lifestyle. They sold all businesses and moved to Hawaii. What a change and a wonderful experience! In 1994, they moved to Fort Myers to be closer to family and stay in a tropical climate. Doug and Genice enjoy the Florida lifestyle with boating, going to the beaches and photographing the wonderful wildlife.
