Dear Genice and Doug,

As you know the purchase of our condo in Pelican Preserve is a "done deal". We are anxiously awaiting the keys and plan to start going down there intermittently in January of 2010.

I believe the help that you guys gave us in obtaining this property was phenomenal and the services much better than we could have ever expected. Please allow me to count them out for you.

     1. PREPARATION:

      As we visited various facilities in colonial, legends and Pelican Preserve, Doug would always show up with spreadsheets and so much information we were almost overwhelmed. Housing was categorized as to type, location, date and purchase price paid by the seller, highest sales price in recent past, current sales price, square footage, amenities, etc, etc. etc. This information really helped us in our search to zero in as to the type of properties we wanted and also the BEST PRICING AVAILABLE.

     2. PERSONAL ATTENTION:

      When we began our search we were not even sure we would be ending up in the southeast Florida area. We also looked at properties in Orlando and Hollywood Florida. Doug showed us around on our initial visit, and once we decided on the area he went with us many times, through many properties in the above mentioned resort areas. All the time working to show us the best properties available, no matter whose listing it was.

     3. REPRESENTATION:

      Doug worked with us with the Sales Reps at Pelican Preserve. Our purchase was a "mail away". Genice was kind enough to do the final walk-through and Doug represented us at the closing. These extra services allowed us to continue working during my business season and not have to make a trip down there just for the closing. I know it's stealing a phrase from somewhere else but we were "in good hands".

     We are of the age and currently live in a location where a lot of our friends are thinking of retirement and possible relocation. We will be sure to recommend Sloan Realty to anyone considering the southeast Florida area.
